Another good thing about this smoothie is you don't need extra sweetener as using berries and banana will give enough natural sweetness to the drink.


How to Make a Strawberry Blueberry Banana Smoothie?

Well! Making these delicious and healthy smoothies is not a rocket science and our recipes will tell you how.

Strawberry Blueberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  1. Add water and strawberry and blueberry to the blender. Blend the mix till everything swirls around the blender freely.
  2. Next add banana to the blender. Peel and slice the banana and freeze it overnight. By this way you can easily make the smoothie in the morning. Also you can skip ice by using frozen banana.
  3. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter and ice cubes. Adding peanut butter will give creaminess to the smoothie. Now hit the blender to grind everything to a smooth consistency.
  4. Pour the contents to a tall glass and serve.

Strawberry Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Yogurt

This is another method to make banana and blueberry strawberry smoothie with yogurt.

  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  1. Add milk and yogurt to the blender. Using vanilla yogurt will give a good flavor to the smoothies.
  2. Peel and dice the banana. Then add all the three fruits banana, strawberry and blueberry to the blender and blend the mixture.
  3. Add ice cubes on top and blend it until smooth.

Note: When using frozen fruits make sure your blender can handle. If you are not using high end blender, then blend the frozen fruits with liquid first and then add other ingredients. This will help you to avoid chunky smoothie.

Almond Banana Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 4-5 medium slices of mango
  1. Add almond milk, frozen strawberries and blueberries to blender. Blend it a little.
  2. Next add banana and mango slices to the mixture and set your blender to blend it smooth.

You won't need extra sweetener to this smoothie. Using ripe banana will add more sweetness to the smoothie. Also refrigerate the almond milk before using to avoid ice cubes.

Orange-Berry Fruit Delight

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup of Orange juice
  • Ice cubes
  1. Peel and dice banana.
  2. Add orange juice, hulled strawberry and blueberry to the blender.
  3. Add banana and ice cubes over the top and blend it to a smooth creamy liquid.

Use frozen berries if you want thick consistency. You can also freeze the orange juice and avoid adding ice cubes.

Pour in a tall glass and add a slice of orange at the rim.
