Below is the recipe for making this delicious chocolate peanut butter smoothie.Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Toss milk and banana to the blender pitcher and pulse a few times to break down.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and ice cubes on top of the jar and puree into a smooth and frothy mix.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
Use frozen banana to get a thick smoothie texture. To freeze the banana yourself, peel, dice and freeze them for at least 2 hours before making smoothies. If you want a vegan smoothie, then almond milk is a good substitute for dairy milk in this smoothie.
