Mango Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie with Yogurt

Having Mango Pineapple tropical smoothie on cold winter days will always bring fond memories of tropical holidays. Mixing a flavored fruit like strawberry to this tropical treat will give the exact twist you need.

Servings: 2

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ripe mango slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup water
Directions
  1. Clean and hull strawberries.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two tall glasses and decorate with a slice of pineapple at the top. Add a little umbrella if you prefer.
  4. What else? Enjoy :-)

Feel free to add little more water if you want to thin out the smoothie consistency.

Banana Mango Yogurt Smoothie

This banana mango smoothie with yogurt is one of my all-time favorite. Using banana in smoothies thickens the drink without overpowering the rest of the flavors. With a few slices of over ripe banana you can naturally sweeten the smoothie drink and avoid sweeteners at all.

Servings: 1 (large)

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup ripe mango slices (frozen)
  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (2%)
  • 1 tablespoon stevia (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
  1. Peel and dice banana.
  2. Combine yogurt and mango in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Next toss the rest of the ingredients into the blender mix and blend to a silky smooth consistency.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and decorate with a slice of mango on top.
  5. Enjoy.

Don’t have milk in hand? Well add a whole cup of yogurt while blending.

Mango Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie with Yogurt

Mango and berry fruits flavors will go well together and this mango berry smoothie is a true winner.

Servings: 2

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mango slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
  1. Toss almond milk, yogurt, strawberry, blueberry, mango and finally ice cubes to a high speed blender and blend in high until smooth.
  2. If your blender can’t handle all the ingredients at once, then blend the frozen strawberry and blueberry with the liquids first and then blend with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.

If you don’t have almond milk in hand, adding a spoonful of almond extract will do the trick.

Skinny Frozen Mango Smoothie

Without additional sweeteners and fat free yogurt this is the perfect low calorie smoothie to aid in weight loss.

Servings: 2

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango slices
  • 1/2 cup avocado (chopped)
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 lime (squeezed)
Directions
  1. Place water and frozen mango slices in the blender and blend to smooth.
  2. Next add the rest of the ingredients to the mixer and blend in high to a desired consistency.
  3. Split among two tall glasses and garnish with a wedge of mango on top of the rim.
  4. Enjoy :)

Besides providing amazing creamy texture to the smoothie, avocados contain healthy fat and good for your health if you keep it in limit. If you want to thicken the consistency feel free to blend some ice cubes along with the smoothie.

  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt

Directions

  2. Next add the remaining ingredients to the mix and blend in high to a smooth consistency.

Make sure you use frozen pineapple to get a smooth blending.

  • 1 1/2 cups mango slices
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream for topping (optional)

  2. Pour into two serving glass and garnish with a scoop of ice cream on top.

Yep! It’s more delicious than mango ice-cream. I prefer to use spoon over straw to eat up this rich creamy dessert.
