Servings: Makes 2

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  1. Peel and slice banana.
  2. Place orange juice, frozen pineapple, banana and yogurt in the smoothie blender and blend in high until smooth.
  3. Pour into two serving glasses and season some ground cinnamon on top. You can also use rich sea salt for cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy.
